With over 15 years' experience, Mr. Ali has performed a wide variety of electrical upgrades including large power transformer replacements, Open Phase detection implementation, protective relaying updates, cable pulling/replacement analysis, instrumentation replacements, analog-to-digital upgrades, electrical power panel sizing, lighting layout, cable bus duct coordination, and UPS and battery sizing. He has worked in the commercial nuclear power plant industry as well as with industrial laboratory facilities and office spaces. 

Mr. Burgess' career spans 15 years' experience, having spent the early part of his career as a System Engineer for South Texas Project's new build project for two Advanced Boiling Water Reactor plants as well as the site's medium voltage distribution and diesel generator systems. As a consulting engineer, Mr. Burgess has managed a wide variety of electrical upgrades including Main Generator Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) upgrades, protective relay upgrades (including motors, generators, transformers, and transmission lines), Open Phase detection implementation, laboratory upgrades, and distribution upgrade studies. Mr. Burgess has routinely used ETAP software to perform various electrical analysis including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash. 

Mr. Nelson has over 11 years' experience supporting commercial nuclear power plants as an electrical engineering consultant. His project experience includes Main Generator Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) upgrades, protective relaying upgrades (including generator, transformer, and transmission line), Open Phase detection implementation, Dynamic Disturbance Recorder implementation, as well as various recorder upgrades.
